with you on an hourly basis to help with:
- Swim technique
- Learning to incorporate speed in your workouts
- Run cadence (# of steps per minute)
- Pedaling efficiency
- Bike fit
These are just some of the more common examples our athletes ask us for help with. We
can help you in any way you need and if it is out of our area of expertise, we will refer you to
someone who specializes in what you are looking for.
$30 / hour for individualized coaching. Various time slots will be offered by the
coach in order for you to choose the best time for your schedule.
